Sound & Colour Therapies

Sound and colour are both types of energy which open up even more methods of healing which we can use to bring fresh external energy into our bodies.

Sound healing is a profound way of bringing our energetic fields into balance. Elfen Energy Chimes emit rich harmonic tones with incredible resonance for a deeply relaxing sound massage. They are individually tuned to the musical notes relating to each chakra thereby realigning our physical and light bodies with the Universal Resonance. They are also perfect for Feng Shui energy house clearing. I use my beautiful handcrafted 12 sided hoop drum for aura drumming, its deep resonance being excellent for moving stagnant energy and tibetan singing bowls and prayer bell to enhance my sound healing treatments. In the same way that your favourite song can uplift your spirits so sound energy healing revives your body and mind.

Just as "a change is as good as a holiday" like going to the woods for a picnic, smelling the forest and listening to birdsong or taking a walk along the beach listening to the waves crash and gazing out at the azure water, where hearing and seeing something different to what we are desensitized to, the things we hear and see every day, so sound and colour healing literally clears and reenergizes our minds and bodies.

What we perceive as colour is simply the brain's way of recognizing the many different energy qualities of light. As each chakra has a corresponding musical note it also has a corresponding colour. Using instinctive emotional response to colour one can identify physical, emotional and mental needs at a given point in time, allowing us to determine how to use colour to help someone to regain equilibrium.
