What if I have special health considerations?
Please notify me before booking an appointment if you have high blood pressure, allergies, physical ailments or are pregnant. If you have any concerns, please talk to me about these.

When should I arrive?
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to prepare and to allow your relaxation/healing treatment to commence on time.

What do I wear during treatment?
For Reiki, crystal, colour and sound healing wear comfortable, layered clothing and bring a pair of socks. For massage you will wear your briefs. I use draping techniques to respect your privacy.

What if I am late for my appointment?
Arriving late simply limits the time for your treatment, thus shortening your relaxation and rejuvenation time. Your treatment will end on time so that the next client is not delayed.

What if I need to change/cancel an appointment?
The treatments you select are reserved especially for you. Whilst I appreciate emergencies can occur a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required if the need to change/cancel an appointment should arise or a minimum fee of $20 will be charged. I choose not to work with clients who have changed/cancelled two appointments at short notice.

How do I pay for treatment?
Treatments can be pre paid via direct debit or in cash at the appointment. All workshops require a $50 deposit with any balance due at the commencement of the workshop. Please allow 24-48 hours for any direct debit transaction to clear.

What if I want to give a treatment as a gift?
Gift certificates are available to any value, just get in touch with me.
